Spencer is an accomplished commercial real estate specialist and investor with over nine years of industry experience. His portfolio spans multifamily properties, commercial investment buildings, subdivisions, and active development projects - giving him a firsthand perspective that few agents can offer. That dual role as both investor and agent equips him with the practical insight needed to help clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
A 2014 graduate of Utah State University, Spencer studied business on a full-ride athletic scholarship as a collegiate basketball player. His talent on the court opened doors to professional opportunities in Europe and the NBA for 9 years, and the financial discipline developed through that career became the foundation for his transition into real estate investment.
Spencer hit the ground running in 2018, earning Rookie of the Year at his first brokerage - outperforming 47 competing agents. That early momentum has only compounded over time, with each year marked by growing achievements and a deepening commitment to putting clients first.
Off the clock, Spencer and his wife Chelsey are raising three kids on a small ranch in southern Cache Valley, where life revolves around wide-open spaces, horses, and a herd of Scottish Highland cattle. He is the owner of Golden Hour Farm LLC, a cow/calf operation he runs with genuine pride - because for Spencer, taking care of others, whether clients or cattle, is simply who he is.

Danny is a commercial real estate developer and investor with a disciplined, underwriting-driven approach to value creation. As co-founder of Summit Performance Properties, he focuses on sourcing, structuring, and executing development and repositioning opportunities throughout Northern Utah. His experience spans mixed-use development, office repositioning, land entitlement, and investment acquisitions.
Before transitioning full-time into commercial real estate, Danny spent eight years with Abbott Laboratories in Cardiac Rhythm Management, managing complex medical technology portfolios and working closely with physicians and hospital systems. Known for precision, composure under pressure, and strategic execution, he built a reputation for performance in high-stakes environments.
A former collegiate and professional basketball player, Danny credits much of his competitive drive, discipline, and leadership mindset to his years on the court. Competing at elite levels required preparation, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure - principles that continue to shape the way he approaches development projects, capital partnerships, and long-term investment strategy.
Danny is recognized for his structured deal analysis, conservative risk management, and ability to align capital partners around clearly defined strategies. He brings a long-term ownership mindset to every project, prioritizing strong fundamentals, disciplined execution, and sustainable growth.
Danny resides in Cache Valley with his wife and two young children. Outside of real estate, he values time with family, being outdoors, and building businesses designed to create lasting impact across generations.
